Christopher M. Jones decided to become an attorney because of his sincere desire to help people. He understands that people do not want to have to hire an attorney, but when they do, they need someone who genuinely cares about their case and wants to help them get through a tough time. Helping people solve a legal problem so that they can move on with their lives is the most satisfying part of his job.
Christopher M. Jones was born in Dallas, Texas. He grew up in Mesquite, graduating from North Mesquite High School in 1992.
From there, he attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, where he graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
After graduation, he attended the Texas Tech University School of Law In Lubbock, Texas. He was actively involved in the school’s moot court and mock trial competitions, and was given the Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law (highest grade in the class). In early 2000, he began practicing in Denton County, at the law firm of Minor & Jester. From the beginning of his practice of law, Mr. Jones was actively involved in litigating cases in the courtroom.
In April 2002, Mr. Jones opened a private practice in Denton, and continues that practice today.
